Featuring  New imagineNATION Makeover Contest

Clopay is excited to build on the success of its Imagine ® advertising campaign with the 2016 integration of a high -profile garage door makeover contest. Kicking off with a media blitz this month, the Clopay imagineNATION contest encourages homeowners to transform their homes with new Clopay doors and inspire others by sharing before -and -after photos on the Clopay website.

Clopay will award a $1,000 prize to a winning homeowner each month in September, October, November and December. Dealers are automatically eligible to win $250 if they installed one of the winning doors. Please encourage your customers to take before -and -after photos of their homes and enter the imagineNATION contest so you both have a chance to win!

Dealers (and homeowners) may share their before-and-after makeover photos on social media sites such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest and Houzz by tagging their posts with the hashtag #ClopayimagineNATION. Your social posts will help inspire homeowners near you to start their own transformations by calling you first.

The Clopay imagineNATION initiative is a comprehensive marketing campaign supported with new creative and a strong print, online and TV media presence. Providing exposure across the USA, a new 30-second Clopay TV commercial will air on the HGTV and DIY networks starting in late June. Ads will also run on the top-rated, nationally syndicated home improvement talk radio show, “At Home with Gary Sullivan.”

Clopay will gain millions of advertising impressions in 2016 with Clopay print ads in HGTV Magazine, Good Housekeeping, This Old House, Homes and Cottages, DuJour and Professional Builder magazines.

Online digital ads will reach consumers through Paid Search, Retargeted Display Ads, feature articles on, and Display Ads on,,,,, and HGTV’s Urban Oasis Sweepstakes.

Clopay is now an official sponsor of HGTV’s Urban Oasis Sweepstakes and will be featured on the HGTV program featuring the home. Canyon Ridge® and Avante TM garage doors will be highlighted as well as Craftsman and contemporary entry doors from Clopay. Additional exposure will be gained through sponsorships with HGTV Curb Appeal, This Old House, Green Builder Media and The New American Home.
